01About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the games in the Recall Solitaire collection, including Learn Japanese Solitaire, and their related online features (the “Service”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer of these games. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
02Using the Service
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable app store rules. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or infringe the rights of others. You must not copy, redistribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits it.
03Accounts & progress
Where sign-in is available, you are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity you authorize through your account. Please provide accurate account information and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We use reasonable efforts to support progress and card collection syncing, but cannot guarantee that saved data will always be available, complete, or recoverable. Do not rely on the Service as the sole backup of information important to you.
04Content & accuracy
We do our best to make the Service’s content accurate and useful, including learning materials, translations, explanations, and game information. However, content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose, and we do not promise any particular learning outcome. Content is provided for general information, learning, and entertainment. You are responsible for independently checking information before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for errors or omissions in the content or for decisions or actions taken in reliance on it.
05Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, design, software, and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of it or grant rights beyond those expressly stated. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
06Third-party services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including app stores and sign-in providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party content, availability, or practices and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, are not responsible for them. A link does not imply our endorsement.
07No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, but access and features may be interrupted or changed.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our licensors will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its content, including inaccurate content, lost progress or data, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of their possibility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where the law does not allow an exclusion or limitation, our liability is limited only to the extent the law permits.
09Changes & ending access
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Service or particular features, and may restrict or end access where you breach these terms or where reasonably necessary for security or legal reasons. Where required by law, we will provide notice and any remedies you are entitled to. You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use or uninstalling a game does not itself delete synced account data; see our Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
10Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information across the collection, including email addresses collected when you sign in to sync progress and card collections. Please read it alongside these terms.
11Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law and obtain agreement where required. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the Service.
12General terms & contact
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Nothing in these terms deprives you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the laws that apply to you.
